Use it to turn something into nothing with no added sugar or fat and negligible calories. It’s sold in the Indian section, but since the main ingredients are cilantro and serrano peppers, I tend to add it to Tex-Mex-ish foods. I put it in soup, a black bean/corn/tomato salad, quesadillas, chicken, whatever.
